I did these quick illustrations last week for a little girl undergoing her 14th battle of chimo treatment against lung cancer. Having nearly lost my sister to leukemia at a young age, this definitely strikes a chord. Here is to praying we can bring some joy into her life through our artwork.

Kaylen, your images were a huge hit with little Ingrid and her family. Take a look over at my blog and you can see Ingrid's massive wall of art. Her family is so appreciative of your efforts as am I. Your pieces were by far some of the most gorgeous and touching. I'll most definitely try to introduce you (and as many of the contributors) to her parents on the night of the SEO. Their story touched me as well.
