Redemption Songs

Hello everyone! It has been a generous while since I took the time to update, and some good things have begun to come my way.

I am excited to announce I am now showing at the new East Shore Artists Gallery. East Shore Artists Gallery is located in the beautiful and quaint lakeside town of Lexington, MI. The grand opening of the gallery is November 1st and 2nd. I will have a wall space along with a dozen other local talents.

For the grand opening I am working on a new piece that is a continuation to include with my previous series. The basis of the painting is derived from the idea of rebirth, choice, and self awareness. Lots of imagery and of course color!

side notes--
Also, referring back to a previous post, I am so relieved and pleased to say The Protect Our Children Act was signed into law October 13, 2008. Thank you everyone for your concern and taking the time to get involved.

For those of you who may not know me all to well- politics are running through my veins these final days before the big vote. It is sincerely driving me crazy!! I know I share the same apprehension and anxiousness as many Americans as we now witness friends and family members losing their jobs, their pensions, and shrinking savings. I truly hope America can open her eyes this time to the devastation surrounding her and vote responsibly. It is probably no mystery who I believe should be the next commander in chief- and I won't shove my opinions down your throat just yet- I just hope everyone rises to the occasion and utilizes this opportunity to make a difference.
